Return & Exchange Policy
The Soul Heeling Shoes do not accept returns or refunds as products were made to order according to the customer's sizing & chosen color, with an exception of detective goods.
Should you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service at hello.thesoulheeling@gmail.com.
Returns or exchanges of a defective item will only be accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery. Pole Dancing Heels returned outside their respective period will not be accepted.
All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned.
Return postage costs are not refundable. The refunded amount be subject to a 30 day return processing time.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed for shipment within 4 business days after order production. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.
All orders are shipped internationally hence deliveries may take 10 - 20 business days from the date of shipment.
Note that all shipping is international hence, delivery time is longer.
During sale periods we endeavor to deliver all orders within our regular delivery times, but due to occasional delays, some deliveries may take few business days longer.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address.
In the case of any delay to processing times for any delivery service, you will be notified by email.
